These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Vienna and related services operated by Schrute Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using Vienna, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vienna. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vienna for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service to transmit malware or harmful code

4. API Keys and Third-Party Services

Vienna uses a bring-your-own-key model. You are solely responsible for any API keys you provide and for your usage of third-party services accessed through Vienna. We are not liable for charges, data processing, or any other consequences arising from your use of third-party APIs.

5. Intellectual Property

Vienna and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Schrute Labs LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The software is licensed, not sold.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of Vienna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vienna is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schrute Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of Vienna.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vienna at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Vienna after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
